Returns & Exchanges — AI Perfume

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:

• The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item sent)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned once opened:

• Opened or used perfume bottles
• Products without original packaging or seals broken
• Free samples and promotional items

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8921876663 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will verify eligibility and arrange a free reverse pickup within 48 hours.

4. Refund Process

• Prepaid orders: Refund is processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
• COD orders: Refund is processed via bank transfer or UPI within 7-10 business days

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products of equal or higher value. If the exchanged product costs more, you can pay the difference via UPI or card. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no extra cost.
