1. General

By using the AI Perfume website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery through Razorpay. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or contain incorrect pricing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene standards. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it as needed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of AI Perfume and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Perfume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kollam, Kerala.
