Shipping & Delivery — AI Perfume

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all addresses across India, including metro cities, tier-2 cities, and remote pincodes. We also offer international shipping to select countries.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM IST may be dispatched the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2-3 business days
• Tier-2 cities: 3-4 business days
• Remote areas & Northeast India: 4-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festive seasons.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹3,000
• Flat shipping charge of ₹99 on orders below ₹3,000

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard or contact us on WhatsApp.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. For COD orders, full payment must be made at the time of delivery. Please keep exact change ready.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will retry up to 3 times. After that, the order may be returned to us and a refund will be processed minus shipping charges.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement.
